👉 Candidate પાસેથી કોઈપણ fee → Instant Ban + Legal Action

💰 ભાગ – 4: Payment, Subscription & Refund Policy

• Payment = માત્ર platform access માટે
• Hiring guarantee નથી
• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Response ન મળે તો પણ refund નહીં
• Fraud કરે → account બંધ + refund નહીં

• Candidate data misuse નહીં
• Third party સાથે share નહીં
• Spam / marketing નહીં

Employer અને candidate વચ્ચે થતા કોઈપણ વિવાદ, ગેરસમજ, પૈસાની લેવડદેવડ, કામ સંબંધિત પ્રશ્નો, contract dispute માટે GatiJobs કોઈપણ રીતે જવાબદાર નહીં રહેશે.

👉 Account misuse / hacking / unauthorized access માટે platform limited responsibility રાખે છે

Fraud employer permanently ban, Re-entry not allowed

Employer GatiJobs ને કોઈપણ legal claim, damage, dispute સામે protect કરશે.

Employer દ્વારા GatiJobs પર job post કરતી વખતે, employer સંમતિ આપે છે કે તેની કંપનીની માહિતી (કંપનીનું નામ, લોગો, સરનામું, job માહિતી, સંપર્ક નંબર વગેરે) GatiJobs વેબસાઈટ, એપ, WhatsApp ગ્રુપ, સોશિયલ મીડિયા અને અન્ય ડિજિટલ પ્લેટફોર્મ પર જાહેર અને પ્રમોટ થઈ શકે છે. આ પ્રકારના પ્રમોશન માટે employer ને કોઈ વાંધો નહીં હોય અને તે માટે GatiJobs જવાબદાર નહીં રહેશે. Employer દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી માહિતીની સાચાઈ માટે સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી employer ની રહેશે. જો employer કોઈ માહિતી private રાખવા માંગે તો અગાઉથી written request આપવી પડશે. GatiJobs દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતું પ્રમોશન માત્ર visibility માટે છે — response અથવા hiring માટે કોઈ guarantee નથી. 👉 Employer દ્વારા આપેલ માહિતીના public display માટે થતા કોઈપણ વિવાદ માટે GatiJobs જવાબદાર નહીં રહેશે.

By posting a job on GatiJobs, the employer agrees that company details (name, logo, address, job info, contact number, etc.) may be displayed and promoted on website, app, WhatsApp groups, social media, and other digital platforms. The employer has no objection to such promotion and GatiJobs shall not be held liable. The employer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If any information needs to be kept private, a prior written request must be submitted. Promotion is only for visibility — no guarantee of response or hiring. GatiJobs shall not be liable for any disputes arising from public display of employer-provided information.
